For good waste management in the Horeca channel

Silvex, together with Novo Verde, the packaging waste management system, has launched an environmental awareness campaign to draw attention to the importance of proper waste management in the Horeca Canal’s operations.

With the highly respected chef Chakall as the face of the campaign, which aims to appeal to everyone, Silvex and Novo Verde want to draw attention to the great environmental damage that can be caused by incorrect waste separation and disposal and trigger a wave of awareness aimed at changing behaviour in restaurants, bars and other similar establishments.

Keeping in mind the motto “When waste is treated well, it always comes back,” the campaign consists of a contest in which establishments simply have to prove that they dispose of their waste correctly by submitting a creative photo to the initiative’s dedicated landing page. The 50 establishments with the most creative photos will be rewarded with eco-points and 100% recycled Silvex products.

The campaign started on July 6th and will be communicated through digital channels (social networks and landing page), especially on the Instagram page of Chef Chakall, where he will promote the campaign and the benefits of good waste management.
