Operators

Waste Management Operators (OGR) wishing to participate in tenders for the recovery of packaging waste must contract with Novo Verde for this purpose.

The OGR will have to issue a declaration of assumption of responsibility to Novo Verde to ensure that it is sent to the final recycling destination of the packaging waste.

The selection of the OGR is made through insolvency proceedings. More information in the "Contests" section.

Novo Verde provides annually with audits of the RMOs, with the purpose of verifying the quality and veracity of the information transmitted.
